The design of Kol Hanearim tallit is a special and a huge tallit that is made for all the children during the aliyah latorah (Jewish ritual - being called up to the reading of the Torah in synagogue) on Simchat Torah (the festival celebrating the completion and re-beginning of the reading of the Torah).
