You may return merchandise within three weeks of receipt of your order. The item should be in its original condition, including the original receipt.
We will not accept returners of used items or items that has been used in inappropriate way.

Custom or personalized orders can’t be returned because of the nature of these items. However, if such an Item arrived damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of arrival and I will accept its return.

Return shipment costs will not be refunded. Please inform us in advance via email of a refund package coming our way. Although we do not require it, we would like to learn of the reason for the return.
