- Used Items: We cannot accept returns of items that have been used.
- Custom Orders: Personalized items can’t be returned, unless damaged or defective-please contact us within 7 days.
- Return Shipping: Costs are on the buyer. Please email us before sending a return; we’d love to know the reason so we can improve!
Our products should be only clean by Dry cleaning.
If necessary use gently and with low heat to iron the item.
The tallit should be kept in its bag and plastic pouch in order to keep it in the right condition.
